All payments are non-refundable, but tickets are transferable to other participants (e.g. a colleague) until 1 week before the conference, or can be exchanged against a web-access ticket. Payments are accepted via Visa or Mastercard only (cheque or paypal payment only in exceptional circumstances).

We start the webcast 15 minutes prior to the published start of the event. When you first go to the link you will see a photo of two chairs in the amphitheater with a play button in the middle of the screen - simply press the play button to start streaming the live event. If you encouters a drop out in the internet and the player stops they will simply need to refresh thier browser and press play again. It will not automatically start playing.
