Abstract

The presentation will practically and very honestly explain the experience of Medting website business development.

Initially Medting created to be the "YouTube for Doctors" a centralised reference medical images and clinical cases database.

After few time we observed there was some ressistance from users to use the platform because of IP concerns and data privacy issues.

We changed the business model and defined the Enterprise Model, where we license Medting Software to create private and exclusively websites for any organisation interested in develipoing its own and private social network.

From 6 months the business is slow growing (due to crisis) but users are more interested into Medting as a key tool for future development.
